Jay Young has performed Christian and gospel music for more than 30 years.

His debut solo album, released in 2008, is titled “One More Stone.”

In 2006 he received a Grammy Award for his work on “One Voice,” a CD by Gladys Knight’s Saints Unified Voices choir. He is a featured soloist on the Choir’s CD, “A Christmas Celebration,” and has performed and toured with the Choir since its inception in 2002.

Although he’s a talented singer, Jay has had no formal musical training beyond a few voice lessons, singing in the occasional church choir, and many evenings around the piano with family and friends.

In addition to his love of music, Jay loves spending time with his wife, Julie, and their four children. He is an attorney and an owner of the Las Vegas law firm of Marquis & Aurbach and an author of popular legal guides.

Whenever he’s not working, singing, playing guitar, or hanging out with the family, he enjoys hiking in the mountains of southern Nevada and southern Utah.
